Returning Your Flow Device
Returns
Returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your Flow hardware.
Your Flow device must have been purchased directly from SenseQ Flow (our website) or Amazon.
We do not accept returns from resellers (eBay, marketplace vendors, third‑party vendors on Amazon, etc.).
To complete your return, you must provide:
- Order number
- Receipt
- Proof of purchase
After 30 days, returns or exchanges are no longer eligible.
To qualify for a return:
- The device must be undamaged (unless the issue is a manufacturing defect)
- All parts must be included
- Packaging must be original
Downloadable software products and app subscriptions cannot be returned.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider
- Allow time for internal posting delays
- If still missing, contact Flow Support at support@senseq.com
Exchanges
We replace Flow devices only if the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect (see Warranty).
To request an exchange for the same item, contact Flow Support at support@senseq.com.
Gifts
Refunds always go back to the original purchaser using the original form of payment.
The purchaser will be notified when a refund is issued.
Warranty
If your Flow device fails due to a manufacturer defect within one year of purchase, we will replace it.
A $19.99 shipping and handling fee applies for replacement units.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, Flow Support will provide a prepaid return label.
Flow is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier during return transit.
