Meter Setup & Calibration

To access Meter Setup & Calibration, tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar. Under Device, tap Meter Setup & Calibration.

Use this section when you need to adjust FlowCue’s calibration or update information about your water meter.

Re-Calibration

Choose Re-Calibration if FlowCue needs to be re-adjusted to match your water meter.

Turn on a steady faucet, then tap Start Re-Calibration in the app. FlowCue will detect the water flow and complete the calibration.

If calibration does not start or complete, check that FlowCue is strapped firmly, sits flat against the meter, and remains parallel to the pipe. Follow the placement guidance for your meter model, if available.

Water Meter Setup

Choose Water Meter Setup if you need to update your water meter model or remeasure an unlisted meter.

Select your meter model from the list and save your selection. If your meter is not listed, choose Not listed and then Measure Your Meter. The app will guide you through measuring a set amount of water using a marked bucket.

Before measuring your meter, make sure no other water is running in the home.

Re-take Water Meter Photo

Choose Re-take Water Meter Photo if you need to replace the photo of your water meter. A clear photo helps FlowCue identify your water meter and provide the best possible support for your device.

Make sure the meter face, brand, and model details are clear and readable before you continue.
