Factory Reset Your FlowCue Device
FlowCue usually resets automatically when its home is deleted, provided the device is powered on and connected to the internet. A manual factory reset is only needed when the device was offline and could not receive that remote reset command.
Important: A factory reset removes the device’s Wi-Fi and calibration setup. Use it only when you are preparing the device for a new owner or when FlowCue support instructs you to do so.
Manually Reset FlowCue
- Unplug FlowCue from power.
- Press and hold the button on the device.
- Keep holding the button while you plug FlowCue back into power.
- Keep holding the button until the LED changes from rapid red flashing to rapid green flashing.
The LED will flash rapid red, then change to rapid green. The green flashing confirms that the factory reset has been accepted; you can release the button.
FlowCue will restart and begin flashing blue, which means it is ready for Wi-Fi setup. The next owner can create an account and complete setup in the FlowCue app.
If the LED does not change to green, contact FlowCue support.
