Accepting a Home Invitation

If you’ve been invited to join a home on SenseQ Flow, you can accept the invitation using the invitation code provided in your email.

Invitation codes expire after a limited time. If your code has expired, ask the home owner to send a new invitation.

Option 1 — You don’t have the Flow app yet

1. Install the SenseQ Flow app from:
   • App Store .
2. Open the app and tap “New to SenseQ? Create Account.”
3. Select “I received an invitation to join a home.”
4. Paste your Invitation Code and follow the on-screen steps to finish setting up your account.

Option 2 — You already use SenseQ Flow and belong to another home

1. Open the Flow app.
2. Tap the plus (+) icon at the top of the dashboard.
3. Select “Join Home.”
4. Paste your Invitation Code to join the new home.

Need more help?

If you’re having trouble accepting an invitation, make sure:

• Your invitation code hasn’t expired
• You’re using the latest version of the Flow app
• You’re signed into the correct account
