Restart Your FlowCue Device

Restarting FlowCue can help it reconnect after a temporary Wi-Fi or internet interruption.

How to Restart FlowCue

1. Unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet.
2. Wait about 10 seconds.
3. Plug the power adapter back into the wall outlet.
4. Allow up to 1 minute for FlowCue to reconnect.

It is recommended not to unplug the power cable from the FlowCue device itself, as doing so can shift its position on the water meter and may require re-calibration.
