Invite and Manage Home Users

As a home owner, you can invite people to your FlowCue home, manage their access, or remove them when they no longer need access.

These controls apply to the home currently selected in the app. If you manage more than one home, select the right home before you begin.

Open Manage Home Users

1. Tap the Settings tab.
2. Under Home, tap Manage Home Users.

This option is available only to home owners.

Invite Someone to Your Home

1. Tap the plus (+) icon at the top of the Manage Home Users screen.
2. Enter the person’s email address.
3. Tap Send Invitation.

The person receives an email with an invitation code and instructions for joining your home. You can share Accepting a Home Invitation with them.

The screen also shows pending invitations. To cancel one, swipe the invitation and tap Revoke.

Change a User’s Role

1. Under Home Users, tap the person whose access you want to change.
2. Choose a role, then tap Apply.

• Owner — full control, including managing users and devices.
• Member — can control devices but cannot manage users.
• Viewer — can see device status but cannot control devices.

Each home must always have at least one owner. The final owner cannot be removed or changed to another role.

Remove a User

1. Under Home Users, tap the person you want to remove.
2. Choose Remove.
3. Tap Apply, then confirm the removal.

Removing a person ends their access to that home. It does not delete their FlowCue account or affect any other homes they belong to.
